After two years of pandemic, most restrictions are being lifted. In our updated protection concept, wearing a mask is not generally required; however, we encourage self-protection of patients with a heightened need for protection (objectively or subjectively). Those who want effective protection against the Omicron variant of Coronavirus must wear a FFP2 mask, as surgical masks do not protect in a sufficient manner.
The following rules apply (see also GYNE SINGER information sheet on Coronavirus):
Since 1997, our gynecological practice has been offering both basic services in obstetrics & gynecology as well as highly specialized fertility workup and treatment, including in vitro fertilisation (IVF). Competence and empathy are guidelines of our activity. Since 2009, our patients can also be examined by a female doctor. Until 2022, we offered office- and hospital-based services in one hand, i.e. with a suitable health insurance product, you could take your usual doctor to the hospital for childbirth or operation. From 2023 onwards, we delegate hospital activity to competent surgeons, and keep recommending a hospital supplement (private or semi-private) for this purpose. Our group practice has become a hotspot for international patients and is official partner of Spital Zollikerberg for IVF services.
